34 Use of computer programs
(1) The Director may arrange for the use, under the Director's control,
of computer programs for any purposes for which the Director or
the Fines Recovery Unit may make decisions under this Act.
(2) A decision made by the operation of a computer program under an
arrangement under subsection (1) is taken to be a decision of the
Director or Unit, as the case may be.
