33 Officer may require name and address of person
(1) When dealing with a person in accordance with this Act, an officer
of the Fines Recovery Unit may require the person:
(a) to state the person's full name, date of birth and residential
address; and
(2) When giving a requirement under subsection (1), the officer must
warn the person it is an offence to contravene the requirement
unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
