119 Regulations
(1) The Administrator may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, prescribing matters:
(a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
(b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or
giving effect to this Act.
(2) The Regulations may create offences punishable by a penalty not
exceeding 50 penalty units.
(3) The Regulations may:
(a) declare an offence to be a regulatory offence; and
(b) provide for methods of serving notices, orders or other
documents; and
(c) prescribe the information that is to be provided in courtesy
letters, notices, orders or other documents; and
(d) prescribe matters to which regard is to be had for the
purposes of this Act.
