118 Entitlement under other Act to be released from custody If a person is serving a term of imprisonment under this Act concurrently with a term of imprisonment under another law and the person becomes eligible for discharge or release from custody under the other law before the term of imprisonment under this Act expires, the person is not to be released or discharged until the term of imprisonment under this Act is completed, unless the relevant outstanding fine or penalty, calculated in accordance with section 87, is paid.
