11 Appropriate officer may require name and address of person
(1) For the purpose of issuing an infringement notice to a person under
a law of the Territory, an appropriate officer may require the person:
(a) to state the person's full name, date of birth and residential
address; and
(2) When giving a requirement under subsection (1), the appropriate
officer must warn the person it is an offence to contravene the
requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
