109 Enforcement as fines
(1) Enforcement action under Part 5 applies to a forfeited bail
undertaking as if the amount payable were a fine imposed by a
court for an offence.
(2) The application of that Part is subject to the following:
(a) the Fines Recovery Unit is to make a fine enforcement order
(in a form that is appropriate to the circumstances of the case)
for the purposes of taking enforcement action;
(b) enforcement costs are not payable on the making of the order;
(c) all other necessary or prescribed modifications to the
application of that Part apply.
