107 Enforcement as civil judgments
(1) Subject to section 106:
(a) an ancillary money order; or
(b) a debt or other amount payable to the Territory (where the
Fines Recovery Unit is acting for the Territory);
is enforceable as if it were a judgment of the Local Court for the
payment of that amount.
(2) The order, debt or other amount may be entered in the records of
the Local Court as if it were a judgment given in that Court for a
debt due to the person to whom the payment is required to be
made by that order, or the Territory, as the case may be.
(3) The order, debt or other amount may be entered even though the
order was made by the Local Court in the exercise of its criminal
jurisdiction or the amount to be paid exceeds the jurisdictional limit
of the Local Court.
(4) This section does not affect any other remedy for enforcement
provided by any other law.
