104 Fines Recovery Unit to notify reciprocating court of payment received If a request has been made of a reciprocating court under section 103 and an amount is received by the Fines Recovery Unit (otherwise than from the reciprocating court to whom the request was made) in satisfaction of the whole or part of the fine, the Unit must notify the relevant officer of the reciprocating court as soon as practicable of the amount of the payment.
