103 Enforcement of Northern Territory fine by reciprocating court
(1) If a State or another Territory of the Commonwealth has laws
providing for enforcement in that State or Territory of a Northern
Territory fine against a body corporate, the Fines Recovery Unit
may make a request in writing to the relevant officer of a
reciprocating court for the enforcement of the Northern Territory
fine.
(2) An amount received from a reciprocating court by the Fines
Recovery Unit or a registrar of a court in satisfaction of the whole or
part of a Northern Territory fine is to be applied as if the amount
had been paid to the Unit by the body corporate by which the fine
was payable.
