10 Appropriate officers to issue and deal with infringement
notices
A person or a member of a class of persons:
(a) authorised by the law providing for the issue of an
infringement notice; or
(b) specified in the Regulations for that kind of infringement notice
or for all infringement notices;
is an appropriate officer to issue and deal with an infringement
notice.
