99G Persons performing work under orders not workers
> A person who undertakes unpaid work under a work and development order is not to be taken to be employed by, or in a contract of services with, the Crown or any other person and is not—
>
> > (a) a worker for the purposes of the [Workers Compensation Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-070), the [Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1998-086), the [Annual Holidays Act 1944](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1944-031) or the [Long Service Leave Act 1955](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1955-038), or
>
> > (b) an employee (however described) for the purposes of the [Industrial Relations Act 1996](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1996-017) or any other Act or law.
