#### 85 Provisions relating to orders 85 Provisions relating to orders > > (1) An appeal does not lie in respect of the making of an order under this Division or the failure to make such an order. > > > (2), (3) (Repealed) > > Note. > > Provisions of the [Children (Community Service Orders) Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-056) apply to the order if the fine defaulter is a person to whom that Act applies.
