#### 70A Definitions 70A Definitions > In this Subdivision— > > road transport legislation has the same meaning as in the [Road Transport Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-018). > > visitor driver privileges means an exemption under road transport legislation that permits a person to drive a motor vehicle in this jurisdiction, even though the person does not hold a driver licence, because the person holds a licence or permit to drive a motor vehicle issued in a place outside this jurisdiction. > > visitor privileges means— > > > (a) visitor driver privileges, or > > > (b) visitor vehicle privileges. > > visitor vehicle privileges means an exemption under road transport legislation that permits a motor vehicle, registered outside this jurisdiction in the name of a person, to be used by the person in this jurisdiction. > > **s 70A:** Ins 2022 No 16, Sch 2\[12\].
