#### 30 Due date for payment in penalty reminder notices 30 Due date for payment in penalty reminder notices > > (1) The due date for payment in a penalty reminder notice must be at least 21 days after it is served on the person. > > > (2) Accordingly, a penalty reminder notice that is posted may specify a date that is at least 28 days after the penalty reminder notice is posted as the due date for making the payment concerned.
