#### 112K Payment of money recovered 112K Payment of money recovered > > (1) Any amount recovered under a court fine enforcement order made under this Part is to be applied as follows— > > > > > (a) firstly, towards enforcement costs payable under the court fine enforcement order, > > > > > (b) secondly, towards payment of the restitution amount. > > > (2) Money applied towards payment of the restitution amount, after payment of enforcement costs, is money recovered under this Act for the purposes of section 15 of the [Victims Rights and Support Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-037). Accordingly, that money is payable into the Victims Support Fund under that Act. > > > (3) Section 122C applies to any overpayment under a court fine enforcement order. > > > (4) This section does not affect section 106 (4) of the [Victims Rights and Support Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-037). > > **pt 7A, div 3 (ss 112G–112L):** Ins 2017 No 6, Sch 1 \[9\].
