111 Definitions
> In this Part—
>
> appeal means—
>
> > (a) an application to the Local Court to have a forfeiture order set aside duly made under Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the [Bail Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-026), or
>
> > (b) an appeal to the District Court against the Local Court’s determination of an objection to a forfeiture order or of an application to set aside a forfeiture order duly made under Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the [Bail Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-026).
>
> forfeited bail money means unpaid bail money the subject of a forfeiture order under Schedule 2 to the [Bail Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-026).
>
> forfeited bail security means bail security given in relation to bail money the subject of a forfeiture order under Schedule 2 to the [Bail Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-026).
