sec.65 Application of div 6
This division applies to a society whose registration has been cancelled, before the transfer date, under— the Financial Institutions Code; or the Friendly Societies Code; or the Building Societies Act 1985 or a corresponding previous enactment; or the Credit Societies Act 1986 or a corresponding previous enactment; or the Friendly Societies Act 1991 or a corresponding previous enactment.
- (a) the Financial Institutions Code; or
- (b) the Friendly Societies Code; or
- (c) the Building Societies Act 1985 or a corresponding previous enactment; or
- (d) the Credit Societies Act 1986 or a corresponding previous enactment; or
- (e) the Friendly Societies Act 1991 or a corresponding previous enactment.
