sec.62 Continuation of certain offence proceedings
This section applies to a proceeding for an offence against the repealed Act brought by QOFS that started before the transfer date but was not completed before the date. On and after the transfer date, the proceeding may continue to be prosecuted by the chief executive, or a person authorised by the chief executive, in place of QOFS and the chief executive or person may be substituted in the proceeding for QOFS. (sec.62-ssec.1) This section applies to a proceeding for an offence against the repealed Act brought by QOFS that started before the transfer date but was not completed before the date.
