sec.6 Conferral of functions and powers on APRA
APRA has the functions and powers conferred or expressed to be conferred on it under this Act. APRA has power to do acts in Queensland in the performance or exercise of a function or power conferred or expressed to be conferred on APRA by or under a law of another jurisdiction corresponding to this Act. (sec.6-ssec.1) APRA has the functions and powers conferred or expressed to be conferred on it under this Act. (sec.6-ssec.2) APRA has power to do acts in Queensland in the performance or exercise of a function or power conferred or expressed to be conferred on APRA by or under a law of another jurisdiction corresponding to this Act.
