sec.49 Transfer of assets and liabilities
The Minister may enter into a transfer agreement under schedule 8 , part 1 , division 3 of the FSR Act connected with the transfer of QOFS’s assets or liabilities to APRA or ASIC. The transfer agreement has effect according to its terms.
