sec.47 Statement of accrued benefits etc.
Before an employee of QOFS becomes an APRA employee under section 45 or is appointed to the Australian Public Service as mentioned in section 46(2), QOFS must give the person, and APRA or the Commonwealth Public Service Commissioner, a written statement. The statement must state particulars of the benefits to which the person has an accrued entitlement, the person’s remuneration and the person’s length of service with QOFS. (sec.47-ssec.1) Before an employee of QOFS becomes an APRA employee under section 45 or is appointed to the Australian Public Service as mentioned in section 46(2), QOFS must give the person, and APRA or the Commonwealth Public Service Commissioner, a written statement.
