sec.45 Transfer of staff to APRA under transfer agreement
The Minister may enter into a transfer agreement under schedule 8 , part 1 , division 2 of the FSR Act , that determines, or provides for determining, that particular employees of QOFS become APRA employees on a particular date, not being a date before the transfer date. The transfer agreement has effect according to its terms.
