sec.43 QOFS must report to Minister on Building Societies Fund
QOFS must, as soon as practicable, but within 4 months after the transfer date, give to the Minister a report on the operations of the Building Societies Fund for the period from the end of the period covered by the last report given under the Building Societies Fund Act 1993 , section 10 , until the transfer date. The Minister must table the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
