Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
Reporting Standard SRS 802.0 requires RSE licensees that operate small APRA funds (SAFs) or single‑member approved deposit funds (SMADFs) to submit an annual electronic Fund Profile (SRF 802.0) to APRA. The form gathers member counts, service‑provider arrangements, related‑party transactions, insurance cover and fee details for prudential supervision and publication.
The reporting, digital submission, auditor review and authorised digital signing shift compliance costs and recordkeeping onto RSE licensees; APRA sets reporting periods, may vary frequency or grant extensions, and uses the data for oversight.
