Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This Determination makes Reporting Standard SRS 530.0: Investments mandatory for RSE licensees to supply APRA with detailed asset-allocation and investment data via Form SRF 530.0 (paras 3,5). It sets quarterly and annual lodgement timetables, electronic submission and digital-signature requirements, and gives APRA discretion to vary reporting (paras 6–10,13). APRA uses the data for prudential supervision, publication and checking compliance with SPS 530 (para 2). RSE licensees bear the compliance costs: auditor review, internal controls and board authorisation (paras 11–12).
