Interpretation - other definitions
- In this reporting standard:
business days means ordinary business days, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Principal Executive Officer means the principal executive officer of the ADI for the time being, by whatever name called, and whether or not he or she is a member of the governing board of the entity.
relevant reporting period, in relation to an ADI, means the period in paragraph 6 in respect of which that kind of ADI must provide information under this reporting standard or, if applicable, the period under paragraph 7 for that ADI.
