This determination may be cited as the Financial Management Determination 2019 .

Tasmania regulation
This Determination makes sure that, when the Financial Management Act 2016 commences, the financial-management provisions contained in a small set of Acts continue to operate instead of being suspended. It names the specific Acts and agencies whose financial rules remain in force (see s3).
Effect: the listed agencies keep their existing budgeting and spending rules and remain subject to oversight by the Department of Treasury and Finance. The Determination takes effect on the commencement day of the Financial Management Act 2016 (s2).

This determination may be cited as the Financial Management Determination 2019 .
This determination takes effect on the day on which the Financial Management Act 2016 commences.
The provisions, in the following Acts, in respect of the financial management of the Agencies to which the Acts relate, are not suspended:
(a) Fire Service Act 1979 ;
(g) [Clause 3 Amended by No. 32 of 2021, Sched. 4, Applied:01 Jul 2022] TasTAFE (Skills and Training Business) Act 2021 .
