Tasmania regulation
This Order amends the Financial Management Act 2016, comes into force on 1 October 2022 (clause 2) and is administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance. It does not itself print the amendment text here but notes the change has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Act (clause 4).
The Order mechanically changes the legal text that governs who must follow the Financial Management Act 2016; any compliance costs or payment obligations created by that amendment will fall on the persons and bodies governed by that Act.
