82 Chair’s functions The chair of the governing board of a territory authority has the following functions: (a) managing the affairs of the governing board; (b) ensuring, as far as practicable, that there is a good working relationship between the governing board and management of the authority; (c) ensuring the responsible Minister is kept informed about the operations of the authority.
