19A Payments for Territory GST liabilities Payments may be made to the Commonwealth for the GST liabilities of the Territory whether or not there is an appropriation for the purpose. 19AA Payments for Territory GST administration costs Despite section 6, payments may be made to the Commonwealth for GST administration costs payable by the Territory (including by way of deduction by the Commonwealth from GST revenue payable to the Territory) whether or not there is an appropriation for the purpose.
