54U Treasurer may make and publish guidelines (1) The Treasurer may make guidelines on— (a) the application of the powers of a fee and charge collector under this Part; and (b) the waiver, deferral, refund or reduction in whole or in part of any fee or charge payable under any Act, statutory rule or other subordinate instrument either— (i) in accordance with this Part; or (ii) generally; and (c) any other matter relating to the operation of this Part. (2) The guidelines under subsection (1) must be published on an appropriate Internet site. S. 54V inserted by No. 13/2022 s. 31.
