40L Information to be supplied A person who is required to pay a guarantee charge must give to the Treasurer, or a person authorised by the Treasurer, such information as the Treasurer or authorised person reasonably requires for the purpose of determining the amount of the charge in respect of a financial year. Pt 6C (Heading and ss 40M–40O) inserted by No. 43/1995 s. 9.
