sec.70 Treasurer’s guarantee
The Treasurer may execute a guarantee in favour of a financial institution or another entity (including a trustee) (an approved entity ) for the repayment of funds raised by a society. The Treasurer may charge the society a fee prescribed under a regulation for executing the guarantee.
