sec.257 Particular assets of QOFS vest in State
The following assets become the assets of the State— assets that immediately before the transfer date vested in QOFS under a winding-up of a society under part 10, division 3; all documents relating to the performance by QOFS of functions under this Act. s 257 prev s 257 om 1999 No. 27 s 76 sch 1 pt 2 pres s 257 ins 1999 No. 27 s 76 s ch 1 pt 2
- (a) assets that immediately before the transfer date vested in QOFS under a winding-up of a society under part 10, division 3;
- (b) all documents relating to the performance by QOFS of functions under this Act.
