sec.206 Affected person may apply for external review by QCAT
A person whose interests are affected by the review decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the review decision. A copy of the application must be served on the registrar within 7 days of applying to QCAT. s 206 sub 2009 No. 24 s 1857 (sec.206-ssec.1) A person whose interests are affected by the review decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the review decision.
