sec.203 Affected person may apply for review by registrar
A person whose interests are affected by a decision of the registrar under this Act (the original decision ) may apply to the registrar for a review of the decision. The person has a right to receive a statement of the reasons for the original decision. s 203 amd 1999 No. 27 s 76 sch 1 pt 2 ; 2009 No. 24 s 1855 (sec.203-ssec.1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision of the registrar under this Act (the original decision ) may apply to the registrar for a review of the decision. (sec.203-ssec.2) The person has a right to receive a statement of the reasons for the original decision.
