sec.187 Remuneration of liquidator on voluntary winding-up
Despite anything in the Corporations Act or a law applied under part 6 , division 5 , the remuneration paid to the liquidator of a society wound-up voluntarily must not be more than the amount fixed by the registrar. s 187 amd 1999 No. 27 s 76 sch 1 pt 2 ; 2001 No. 45 s 29 sch 3
