sec.166 Definitions for part
In this part— certificate of confirmation means a certificate given by the registrar to confirm a transfer of engagements. s 166 def certificate of confirmation amd 1999 No. 27 s 76 sch 1 pt 2 transferee society means a society to whom another society is to transfer, or has transferred, its engagements. transferor society means a society that is to transfer, or has transferred, its engagements.
