#### 5 Definitions In this Act: > accountable authority has the meaning given by the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. > Finance Minister means the Minister administering the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. > Minister includes the President of the Senate or the Speaker of the House of Representatives. > non‑corporate Commonwealth entity has the meaning given by the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. > official has the meaning given by the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. > other CRF money has the meaning given by the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. > relevant money has the meaning given by the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
