12 Delegation
The Treasurer may by signed instrument delegate his or her powers under paragraph 7(6)(a) to: (a) APRA (the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority); or (aa) an APRA member, within the meaning of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998; or (b) an APRA staff member, within the meaning of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998.
