##### 2 Commencement \[see Note 1\] (1) Parts I, II and V shall come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. (2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day as is, or on such days as respectively are, fixed by Proclamation.
