95 Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal

(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a reconsideration decision of an internal decision reviewer.

Note: For the definitions of internal decision reviewer and reconsideration decision, see section 8.

(2) An application under subsection (1) may be made only by, or on behalf of, an affected person for the reviewable decision.

Note: For the definition of affected person, see section 8.

(3) Subsection (2) has effect despite section 17 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
