B. CREDITWORTHINESS AND SECURITY
B.1 Unless otherwise agreed by the access provider, the access seeker must (at the access seeker’s sole cost and expense) provide to the access provider and maintain for the term of this agreement, on terms and conditions reasonably required by the access provider and subject to clause B.2, the Security (as shall be determined having regard to clause
