Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This regulation cancels two old sets of rules that previously governed the Australian Film and Television School.

It repeals:

Statutory Rules 1974 No. 154
Statutory Rules 1975 No. 196

These were earlier regulations made under the Australian Film and Television School Act 1973.

What this means: This is a housekeeping measure that removes outdated regulations from the statute books. It does not create any new obligations, rights, or procedures—it simply ensures that the two specified sets of rules from the 1970s are no longer legally in force.
