6 Vesting of property in Fellowship on appointed day
Any land described in Schedule 5 or 6 that, immediately before the appointed day, was vested in The Congregational Union of New South Wales or any other person in trust for that Union is hereby divested from that Union or other person and is, to the extent that it was so vested immediately before that day, hereby vested (without conveyance) in the Fellowship and shall be held by the Fellowship in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
