81 Persons enrolled as student of University of Ballarat

On 1 January 2014, each person who is enrolled as a student of the University of Ballarat immediately before that date is taken to be enrolled as a student of Federation University Australia on the same terms that applied immediately before 1 January 2014 to that person as a student of the University of Ballarat.

82 Conferral of degrees and granting of other awards—persons entitled to degree or other award before 1 January 2014

(1) On and after 1 January 2014, any degree conferred by the Council on a person who, before that date, has fulfilled the conditions prescribed under the university statutes and university regulations for admission to that degree must be conferred in the name of the University of Ballarat.

(2) On and after 1 January 2014, any diploma, certificate, licence or other award granted by the Council to a person who, before that date, has fulfilled the conditions prescribed under the university statutes and university regulations for the granting of that diploma, certificate, licence or award must be granted in the name of the University of Ballarat.
