56 Publication and availability
(1) The Minister—
(a) must cause the guidelines to be published in the Government Gazette; and
(b) may publish the guidelines on the Internet.
(2) The guidelines take effect—
(a) on the date of publication in the Government Gazette; or
(b) such later date that is specified in the guidelines.
