(b) This determination provides for the payment of unpaid royalties to Western Australia in respect of January 2009. Royalties of $34,403,339.49 included in this payment were incorrectly removed from the States royalty entitlement amount during the calculation to account for compensation for the impact on royalties of excise amendment for the period July to December 2008.
