13  Corporations Act 2001—short form bills  13.1 Short form amount that may be claimed by a plaintiff on the making of a winding‑up order or on the dismissal of such an application, up to and including entry and service of the order under section 470 of the Corporations Act 2001 and the obtaining of a certificate of taxation: $5,056.   Additional costs are allowable for any adjournment in which costs have been reserved by the Court in accordance with this scale.
