#### 58AD Impersonating a juror or potential juror
(1) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person impersonates another person; and
(b) the first‑mentioned person does so with the intent of:
(i) being empanelled as a juror; or
(ii) causing the other person to be excused from serving as a juror.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
(2) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person impersonates another person; and
(b) the first‑mentioned person does so with the intent of:
(i) acting as a juror; or
(ii) causing the other person to be discharged from serving as a juror.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
